Purchase Orders are processed within two working days and dispatched by express courier.

Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date.

Orders from the United Kingdom
UK customers are subject to VAT of 20%, unless a copy of a VAT exclusion certificate is attached to the purchase order.

The delivery charge is £18.50 for 1-3 kits, with a surcharge of £4.50 for each additional kit.

Customers in Ireland are welcome to pay in Euros.

We do not collect Irish VAT payments, but are required to inform the UK Tax Authority of EC transactions.
